These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this Really Nice Recipes Limited ("RNR") website ("Site") operated from URL "www.reallynicerecipes.com". Our company registration number is 5993206.

Please read the Terms, and if you do not agree with them, do not use the Site.

If you subscribe to and use the Site, then you are expressly indicating your agreement to, and willingness to be bound by, these Terms.

1. Copyright

The copyright in the content of all the pages of the Site is owned by RNR. Content includes recipes, artwork, text, layout, design, images, photographs, illustrations, audio and video clips, graphic material, and any other copyrightable material that is contained on any of the pages of the Site ("Content").

2. Subscription

A fee of £9.99 is payable in order to gain access to the Site and all its Content for a period of one year.

Payments will only be accepted in British Pounds.

RNR uses the services of Protx, the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not be eligible for any refund of subscriptions paid to the time of your cancellation.

No contract between you and RNR will subsist until you have submitted the relevant payment details to Protx and Protx has confirmed to RNR that your bank account has been debited. Upon receipt of this confirmation, RNR will grant you access to the Content of the Site.

RNR will use its best endeavors to provide new Content at regular intervals, and while no undertaking is given with regard to frequency of update, approximately twenty updates are anticipated annually.

3. Conditions of Use

You must choose a username and password as part of your registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the Site under your own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to update your personal account details as soon as possible.

In addition to viewing the Content, you may print or download to disk the Content or parts thereof for your personal use. You may also permit your computer to make a temporary copy for the purposes of viewing while connected to the internet.

You may not distribute, display, post, transmit, republish or copy any Content to third parties, including but not limited to 'caching' any material on the Site for access by third parties and 'mirroring' the Site's Content.

RNR welcomes links to the Site from other websites that have relevant content.

From time to time, RNR may wish to contact you by e-mail. By paying the subscription fee, you are expressly granting RNR the right to contact you by e-mail.

RNR reserves the right to terminate, change or suspend any part of the Site, including Content, availability and these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after such changes will signify your acceptance of the changes.

RNR has taken great care in the preparation of the Content and the technical aspects of the Site, but will not accept any liability for any financial loss or loss of privacy or data that may be alleged to have arisen from your use of the Site.

Your acceptance of these Terms expressly includes your acceptance of the rules and required procedures of the Comments Facility (as described below).

4. Comments facility

The Site includes a comments facility, which is for the use of subscribers to discuss the merits and demerits of the recipes included in the Content, for general discussion on relevant subjects and for subscribers to make comments, observations and suggestions to RNR ("Comments Facility").

You accept that you are entirely responsible for your activities while using the Comments Facility.

You agree not to post any message that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, abusive or might otherwise cause distress to any other participant.

You agree not to post any message that constitutes advertising or promotional material.

You agree not to post any message that contains a telephone number or an e-mail address.

RNR reserves the right to remove any posting that, at its absolute discretion, it considers to be in breach of these terms.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

RNR has registered with the Information Commissioner, and any information that you supply to RNR from which you can be identified is held and processed by RNR in accordance with its registration. RNR endeavours to take every reasonable precaution to protect the personal information that you send to us, and has security procedures in place to prevent unauthorised access to your information.

No information that you supply to RNR from which you can be identified will be passed on by RNR to any third party other than Protx to whom only data required by Protx in order to process your payment of the subscription fee will be passed.

The process used for payment of the subscription fee is arranged by Protx, who use secure server software that encrypts your data, thereby providing good protection against interception by unauthorised parties.

Although such reasonable measures are in place, RNR cannot guarantee the security of data that you supply to it over the internet.

6. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for any action arising from your use of the Site.
