Inside the site, you will find loads of original, step-by-step recipes, all clearly described and fully illustrated. The site is regularly up-dated, with new recipes being added all the time. As the database grows, the site becomes a comprehensive recipe book that any cook, from aspiring head-chef to absolute beginner, will find useful, easy to follow and, of course, delicious.

7 May 2008— New Recipes
We've just added another handful of new recipes. Two classic cakes: coffee and walnut cake and ginger cake. A recipe for baby squid, slow roast beef served with squash mash and a pot roast guinea fowl (which can also be done with a chicken).

More recipes added today: Jerusalem artichoke and celery soup, crusted mackerel, chicken risotto, steamed Thai fish, Thai noodle broth, slow roast pork belly, roasted spiced squash, bitter-sweet chocolate tart and lemon drizzle cake.

Another batch of new recipes, the alpine winter warmer that is tartiflette, the oddly named but low on washing up fish-in-a-bag, pan chips and pigeon pie.

After a bit of a quiet spell (in terms of new recipe updates at least) we are pleased to announce the launch of a whole new section; the “Cakes and Biscuits” section. In it, we currently have 11 recipes (including the now famous Brownie recipe and the world beating Stollen recipe) and we hope to be adding another large bunch in the near future. So, if you have ever wondered how to make your own baked goodies for Christmas, then you need wonder no more.
26 October 2007— New Recipes
Not only do we have a raft of new recipes for you to cast your culinary eye over, but we have also added a brand new Game section (which is looking a little bare at the moment but rest assured, we will be adding a bunch more game recipes in the coming months for all you big game fans). Mushroom soup, game pie, fig chutney, pan-fried venison, potato boulangere, and blackberry and apple puff pastry parcels. We have also added our yorkshire pudding recipe to the roast beef recipe.
